Immediate Openings: Medicolegal Death Investigator I, II, or III
Pay Range: $26.19-$49.40 an hour
Johnson County Government is seeking qualified candidates to fill one Medicolegal Death Investigator position. This will be located in the recently created Medical Examiner’s Office (Est. 2020). The building boasts state-of-the-art equipment, including a CT scanner and Lodox. In-house toxicology will also be offered in the 33,000 square foot location. The current investigative caseload is about 2,537 cases per year and 610 scene responses per year. We are looking to fill this position immediately. This position will join the other 11 investigators in the office.
